Medical Prague is an independent service provider acting as intermediary between the party requesting care and the parties providing care. Medical Prague coordinates medical, travel and related services requested by the client.

Please read these terms and conditions of use carefully before using this website. By using this website, you signify your agreement to these Terms and Conditions of Use. You must agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use in order to use the Medical Prague website. If you do not agree to all of these Terms and Conditions of Use, do not use this website.

This Site incorporates proprietary intellectual properties, which are protected by copyright (including certain rights of patentability) and are maintained by Medical Prague and/or its affiliates, as confidential and proprietary information to be used only in connection with the terms of this agreement. This Site may provide access to additional information that may be of use to physicians and other healthcare providers. We have established the following terms that govern the use of this Site. By using this Site, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms. Medical Prague may revise and update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Therefore, we encourage you to review this Site and these terms for any updates or changes on a periodic basis. Your present and subsequent use of this Site demonstrates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use. By using this site, you agree to be bound by the terms and represent that you are over the age of 18 and able to form legally binding contracts.


Please communicate with us via e-mail or telephone. We will make every effort to respond to every enquiry by anyone interested in our services (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) as quickly as possible. Any information required by the Client will be asked for when needed.

The Client must provide any requested information accurately and completely by the requested dates. Any information provided by the Client will be kept in the strictest confidence and we will share information as necessary only with the Clinic.

Prior to any treatment, the Client must have read and understood the information about the relevant treatments, including any warnings or considerations provided by Medical Prague.

In order to confirm a booking, Medical Prague will request the payment of a deposit by the Client. We accept payment by credit/debit card or bank transfer.The appointment will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received and credited to the Medical Prague bank account. Once the payment for the deposit is received, the Client will be provided with a confirmation e-mail or letter from Medical Prague. This will be the reciept for payment received.

Unless specifically agreed with Medical Prague, the Client is fully responsible for travel arrangements to Prague, Czech Republic. This includes any visas or other documents required to enter the country.

The Client must arrive on time for their appointment. Medical Prague will take no responsibility for the late arrival of the Client under any circumstances.

The Client will be provided with instructions for pre-treatment and post-treatment procedures by Medical Prague. The Client is responsible for reading and following these instructions.


The Client must be fit to undergo treatment, as Medical Prague is not liable for any loss or damage arising in the event that the Clinic for any medical reason decides not to provide treatment because of this reason.

Medical Prague has the right to cancel or significantly change a booking or treatment after confirmation of the booking. If this is the case, Medical Prague will offer the Client an alternative booking, or if the Client wishes to cancel the booking or treatment, Medical Prague will provide a refund of the deposit.

Medical Prague is only responsible for arranging the treatment for the Client. Medical Prague is not responsible for the Clinic, or any others that provide all goods and services to the Client.

If the Client wishes to make a change to their booking, after they have received a confirmation, they must notify Medical Prague by e-mail.

Medical Prague will offer the first change to the booking free of charge, and will charge 50 EUR for any other changes.

Booking cancellation fees are are as follows:

If cancellation is received prior the confirmation, there will be no fee. It is has been more than 21 days prior to the date of treatment, 10 % of the deposit or the minimum of 100 GBP is charged. If it has been 20 to 7 days prior to the date of treatment then 50 % of the deposit is charged. If less than 7 days prior to the date of treatment then 100 % of the deposit is charged.

The terms and conditions stated here are a major part of the contract between Medical Prague and the Client. This Contract is only valid when a confirmation is issued to the Client by Medical Prague. This Contract is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
